Pospíšil, Kryštof ; Kaplan, Aleš (advisor) ; Vindušková, Jitka (referee)
Thema works: Comparison of selected periods of the annual training cycles of the czech elite sprinter Student: Kryštof Pospíšil Supervisor: Doc. PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D., MBA. Aims: Evaluate with the help of content analysis training documents from two selected annual training cycles (hereinafter ATC) for one elite sprinter and compare the volumes of selected special training indicators in the monitored periods of ATC. Two ATCs were deliberately selected, with one year affected by the covid-19 virus pandemic and the other reaching the current personal maximum, and we only monitor their preparation period II and the summer racing period. At the same time, the aim is to compare the results of training cycles of the selected sprinter and its performance. Find out the differences between selected periods of two ATC Czech elite sprinters due to the influence of one season by covid-19 and full training in the second season. Other goals will be to compare the volume in the preparation of the sprinter with its performance and at the same time to find out the difference between two ATCs in the Czech elite sprinter due to the influence of one season by covid-19 and full training of the second season. Methodology: The method used the content analysis of training documents from selected annual training cycles,...
The analysis of bobsledder's two-year training preparation cycle
Dvořák, Dominik ; Hojka, Vladimír (advisor) ; Červinka, Pavel (referee)
Title: The analysis of bobsledder's two-year training preparation cycle. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis and evaluation of the performance development during the two-year training cycle in bobsleigh sport. The thesis evaluates general and specific training indicators based on completed training of a bobsledder. It depicts the influence of specific training indicators on performance in both 2-men and 4-men bobsleigh starts. Methods: The thesis analyses the training diary which covers two years of preparation, including several general and specific training indicators which are selected and further evaluated. The general training indicators include the amount of training days and individual training units, the total workout time and the time spent on regeneration. Specific training indicators include factors primarily affecting bobsleigh starts. Individual specific training indicators are evaluated on the basis of their level of intensity and their overall classification into the corresponding period of the annual training cycle. Results: The reason of the performance enhancement of the bobsledder was mainly the higher amount of training completed among specific training indicators. The main training goal was the increase of the strength. This increase before the 2017/18...

Vostatková, Pavlína ; Kaplan, Aleš (advisor) ; Feher, Jan (referee)
Thema works: Sprinter's training analysis Student: Pavlína Vostatková Supervisor: Dr. Alex Kaplan, Ph.D. Aims: The analysis of the sprinter's training process based on the annual training cycle (RTC) in terms of methodological procedure, how to use the resources of special training indicators (STU), their volume and intensification of applications in various stages of sports training. Comparison of uniform training system and recommendations for sprinters of comparable level of performance with the reality of comprehensive evaluation of the training program of selected sprinter. Methodology: The content analysis of training diary was used as a method of the thesis. We obtained and reviewed selected general training indicators (OTU) and STU for sprinters in athletics from the training diary. In OTU section we focused on volume of training days and training units while total loadtime and number of days of training restrictions due to medical disability. InSTU, we focused especially on the development of acceleration and maximum speed (totalvolume in km), the development of speed endurance (km) development of dynamic forces through running with load (km), further bouncing I and II (evaluated in number of repetitions) and strengthening with the load above 20% of the body weight(estimated in t onnes)....
Analysis of training load of the peak level runner on the 400m hurdles
Šimánek, Jindřich ; Hojka, Vladimír (advisor) ; Semerád, Miroslav (referee)
Title of the thesis: Analysis of training load runner on the 400m hurdles peak level Objectives: The aim of this work is the evaluation of general and specific training indicatorsof peak level runners in 400 meters hurdles and the influence of specific training on performance indicators and performance in the 400 meter hurdles. Determining the ideal level of intensity and volume load in the annual training cycle. Another aim of the study was the comparison of performance in support events depending on the performance on the track 400 meters hurdles. Methods: Data were obtained from individual training diaries and specific training indicators were determined by the level of intensity, interval of rest and inclusion in the annual training cycle (ATC). Results: The stagnation in 2003 was due to reduction of the volume in the main indicators of specific training. Another important factor in decreased performance on the track 400 meters hurdles was due to reduced number of repetitions during training units. The changes in the distribution of specific training indicators were found in comparison of both training cycles.. In 2002, emphasis was on volume load is concentrated in the autumn part of the preparatory period and then was placed on developing speed and special endurance and there was more dynamic...
